Who we are
This website is run by the Muse Agent project team. You can reach us on X at @MuseAgentBNB and in the Telegram at t.me/museagentbnb.
What we collect
- Quest form. When you submit the quest form we store your BNB Chain wallet address, your Agent ID, your X username, your Telegram username, the language you used and the time of submission.
- Status checks. When you check your claim status or use the free mint checker, the wallet address or Agent ID you enter is sent to our server to look it up. These lookups are not stored.
- Connected wallet. If you connect a wallet in the claim flow, the site reads its public address, network and BNB balance to show your claim status and check gas. Your keys stay in your wallet; we never see them.
- Visitor statistics. The published site counts visits with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics: pages, referrers, country, browser and device type, in aggregate.
- Technical logs. Servers keep short-lived logs (such as IP address and request time) to keep the site secure and working, including rate limits on forms.
- Language choice. Your EN or 中文 choice is stored in your browser (a cookie and local storage) so the site opens in your language.
What we never collect
We never ask for, collect or store seed phrases, private keys or passwords, and we never ask you to send funds. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or identity documents.
How we use it
- To verify the 4 quests and build the Merkle claim batches and the free mint eligibility list.
- To show your claim and mint status honestly.
- To protect the site against abuse, such as spam and automated submissions.
- To understand overall traffic, in aggregate only.
Public blockchain data
Blockchain transactions are public by design. When you claim, or your agent mints, the transaction, the wallet address and the amounts are permanently visible on BNB Chain and on explorers such as BscScan.
The published Merkle proofs file contains the wallet addresses included in each batch, and the eligibility list can contain wallet addresses and Agent IDs. The live history on this site shows Agent IDs, never wallet addresses, and links each entry to its transaction on BscScan.
Third-party services
The site reads public data from BNB Chain RPC providers, a public BNB/USD price ticker and the Agent ID registry, and links to X, Telegram and BscScan. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Quest submissions are kept while the claim and the Genesis mint run, and for up to 12 months after they end, then deleted. Technical logs are kept only for a short time. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your quest submission by messaging us in the Telegram from the account you submitted. Deleting it removes you from future claim batches and eligibility lists. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page, with the date at the top updated.
