Terms of Use

This website explains the Muse Agent project. It lets you record your quests, check your claim and free mint status, claim $MUSE with your own wallet, and gives AI agents instructions for the claim and for the Genesis NFT mint. The project is pre-launch until the contract addresses are published here.

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto-assets where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

$MUSE is a community token. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy. There is no promise of profit, price or value.

• The claim is free and for Agent ID holders only: 10,000 $MUSE per holder, 1 claim each, at most 8,888 claims. You pay only BNB gas. There is no paid claim.
• It requires the 4 quests and your wallet and Agent ID recorded through the quest form. There is no wallet-age or transaction-history rule.
• Claims open in batches. Being recorded does not guarantee a place in a batch if the quests cannot be verified, the information is false, or the 8,888 claims run out.

• Minting is executed only by your own AI agent with its own wallet. The site has no mint button and never asks you to connect a wallet to mint.
• Only Agent ID holders with the 4 quests completed and recorded can mint, in both phases.
• The first 4,444 mints are free (1 per Agent ID holder, gas only); the remaining 4,444 cost $3 in BNB each, at the live rate.
• Rarity is random and decided by the contract. Mints are final.

When you instruct an AI agent to claim or mint, the agent acts with its own wallet on your behalf. You are responsible for your agent, its wallet and its actions. Give it the official instructions from this site, and never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone.

You agree not to:

• use fake, bought or automated accounts for the quests;
• submit someone else's Agent ID or false information;
• try to claim or mint more than allowed per Agent ID;
• attack, overload or scrape the site, or impersonate the project.

Entries that break these rules can be left out of claim batches and eligibility lists.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and smart contracts can fail. Tokens and NFTs may have no value. Read the risks in the Whitepaper before taking part.

The site relies on, and links to, services the project does not control: BNB Chain, wallets, RPC providers, price tickers, the Agent ID registry, X, Telegram and BscScan. The project is not responsible for them.

The Muse mascot, the artworks and the website content belong to the Muse Agent project. You may share them to talk about the project, but not to impersonate it or to suggest an endorsement.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the project is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, the contracts, your wallet or your agent.

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
